The Topshop Girl.

For my project ; Vintage Opulence' we also had to research 3 chosen shops about how they attract their target markets. We then had to do a customer profile on our chosen shop. Mine being Topshop. I did a few questionnaires and asked a few customers and friends. However I felt the best way to the some up the Topshop Girl was my bestie Hannah, as all she mainly owns in her huge wardrobe is either Vintage or Topshop. Here's my profile.. took forever!!

So for my project, 'Vintage Opulence' I have to design a collection for my chosen shop... of course I picked my favourite shop Topshop!! So I created a brain storm of theme and then came up with the idea of vintage prints as maybe as a design for t-shirt or dress. these prints I found.. have really inspired me to play around with layering of text and pictures and inks... I cant wait to have a play with them!! post the pictures soon :)

This page spread really inspired me, I found when I was looking for research for my project "Vintage Opulence". I had already found Valentino's autumn/winter 2011 collection very stimulating for my research and development ideas for my collection. However this photo page spread is amazing with the use of the 'dreamy photography' by the use of lighting and its use of some of Valentino's dresses.
